Facebook is a social networking website founded by Mark Zuckerberg with his Harvard roommates in 2003. Users are allowed to join networks based on companies, universities or colleges or other groups. They can add friends and send messages to each other, upload pictures and videos, update their profiles etc. Facebook is now the largest and fastest growing social network service.
The font used for the text part of the logo remains the most popular in the world and is one of the subspecies of the Klavika typeface. The corporate palette also gained recognition – a blue background and white letters. Moreover, the colors were chosen not by chance, because Mark Zuckerberg suffers from deuteranopia and 100% distinguishes only shades of blue.
