Ralgar is a generic and neutral typeface with just enough personality to stand out, but not as much as to be unfamiliar. The name comes from an ancient natural pigment which unique vivid orange color. Realgar is a multipurpose typeface in eclectic style, mixing geometric and grotesque, with some humanist influences.
One of its main features are the wide proportions, closed apertures and an idiosyncratic set of numbers. The dots are rounded, which gives the family a very friendly yet contemporary feel. A Variable Font version is included with the family, but could be purchased individually as a style.
